Resolve an environment mismatch

POST
/v1/admin/shops/{shopId}/environment
curl --request POST \
--url http://localhost:8080/v1/admin/shops/2489E9AD-2EE2-8E00-8EC9-32D5F69181C0/environment \
--header 'Authorization: Bearer <token>' \
--header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
--header 'X-Antares-Actor: <X-Antares-Actor>' \
--data '{ "action": "rebind", "fingerprint": "example" }'

The merchant’s answer to a 409 environment_mismatch, which happens when a connector authenticates with the right keys from the wrong installation — almost always a staging clone of the production database, because APP_URL lives in .env and is not copied by a database dump. rebind accepts the observed fingerprint as the shop’s new truth (the merchant really did move the domain) and unblocks ingest. sandbox splits the observed installation off into a free sandbox tenant with its own keys and leaves the production index untouched. Role: admin. Audited as shop.environment_resolved with both fingerprints in before/after.

shopId
required
string format: uuid

Shop UUID. Always validated against the actor’s organization first; a shop in another organization answers 404 not_found, never 403.

Media typeapplication/json
object
action
required

rebind accepts fingerprint as the shop’s new bound environment and unblocks ingest — the merchant really did move the domain. sandbox splits the observed installation off into a free sandbox tenant with its own keys and leaves the production shop and its index untouched.

string
Allowed values: rebind sandbox
fingerprint
required

The observed fingerprint the merchant is confirming. Must equal the shop’s current observedEnvironmentFingerprint; sending a stale one is 409 conflict, so approving a banner that has since changed cannot rebind the wrong environment.

string
>= 16 characters <= 128 characters

The shop after the resolution, with its new environment status.

Media typeapplication/json
object
id
required
string format: uuid
name

Merchant-chosen display name. Falls back to the host part of url when never set.

string
<= 200 characters
platform
required
string
Allowed values: shopware magento
platformVersion

The version the connector last reported.

string
<= 64 characters
url
required

The shop’s APP_URL as announced at connect.

string format: uri
status
required

active — serving and accepting ingest. paused — the merchant stopped serving; the index and the keys survive. disconnected — the plugin was uninstalled or the connector called disconnect; the keys are revoked. pending_delete — deletion was requested and the index drop is scheduled.

string
Allowed values: active paused disconnected pending_delete
environmentStatus
required

mismatch means a connector authenticated with the right keys but a different environment fingerprint — almost always a staging clone of the production database. Ingest and orders stay blocked until the merchant resolves it.

string
Allowed values: ok mismatch
environmentFingerprint

The fingerprint bound at connect. This is the value ingest is checked against.

string
<= 128 characters
observedEnvironmentFingerprint

The fingerprint most recently presented by a connector. Differs from environmentFingerprint exactly while environmentStatus is mismatch; the panel shows both so the merchant can recognise their staging domain.

string
<= 128 characters
connectedAt
string format: date-time
disconnectedAt
string format: date-time
purgeAfter

When the Typesense collections of a pending_delete shop are dropped. Until then the deletion is reversible by support.

string format: date-time
channelCount
required
integer
lastIndexAt

Most recent successful commit across the shop’s collections. A value more than 24 hours old is what raises the “ingest stalled” alert.

string format: date-time
createdAt
